However, the technical possibilities for braking distance optimization are increasingly exhausted, so it is necessary to determine braking distances with high precision and reproducibility.<br>Therefore the braking measurement system got the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reliable, accurate and easy usable measurement data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compensation of the vehicle pitch during braking process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Easy and quick installation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drift compensation at standstill<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conforming to standards and norms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-braking-distance-measurement-methods\">Braking Distance measurement methods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The braking measurement system has to be really flexible to fit all kind of standards, like ECE R90, 13H or FMVSS135.
