To help us provide fast and efficient support in case of any issues, we require data from the ADMA, specifically the system information, as well as the status, warning, and error channels. The ADMA Visualizer enables you to quickly generate a support email containing all of this information.

After sending us your ADMA data, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly to explain the issue. This will enable us to analyze your data and help resolve your issue. You don’t even have to search for a number, you can simply use the Support Hotline feature in the app.
